Robert Halfis currently recruiting an IT Service Delivery & Training Lead.

Our client is a very international, young and innovative company that offers solutions to the global printing and packaging industry, based in Zaventem.

Responsibilities:

• You take responsibility for delivering IT services and creating a comprehensive IT training offering for end users worldwide.
• This position reports to the Global Head of IT Operations and plays a leading role in the further improvement of the IT solutions and their adoption within the organization, with the objective to increase internal efficiencies and drive business growth.
• You identify IT training needs, based on which you design, develop and deliver effective training programs together with the IT solution owners (e.g. Information Security, IT Operations, Business Applications) to teach end users how best to use IT tools and systems.
• You coordinate all internal IT communications (newsletters, announcements, etc.) together with the CIO and the Marketing Communications team.
• You provide on-site IT support for users in the Zaventem office, and remotely assist field users in the wider region (Europe, Africa & Middle East). You manage the lifecycle of software and hardware assets.
• You work together with the global Managed Services Provider (24/7 Service Desk, End User Computing, Office 365, Security Operations, IT Infrastructure, VoIP) and the internal IT Operations resources in the other regions (Asia-Pacific and the Americas) to ensure follow-the-sun support and achieve maximal end user satisfaction and productivity.
  
  

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar through experience;
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Broad hands-on experience from an IT support role, preferably in an international environment;
• Demonstrated ability to train employees at all levels;
• Experience with providing training through different means (e.g. classroom style education, remote virtual sessions, e-learning);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive & OneNote) and Power Platform;
• Experience working with a global Managed Services Provider for IT support;
• Knowledge of IP telephony and video conferencing solutions would be a plus;
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred;
• Relevant Microsoft certifications would be a plus.
• Flexibility to travel and work in an international context.
