One of our Clients are looking for IT Support Engineers for contract based work in Brussels, if you are local and looking for a freelancer project, this is the right opportunity for you to get.

Job Description for IT Support Engineer:

  • Troubleshooting remote users in their use of computer tools
  • Managing the company’s users
  • Finding a solution to the problems encountered by the users
  • Installing new hardware (integration and management of a network)
  • Improving the software packages used
  • Writing procedures for the use of computer tools.

Your profile as an IT Support Engineer:

  • Graduated with a degree in the IT or you have an equivalent experience
  • Prior experience as an IT support Engineer
  • You have abilities to analyze and anticipate risks
  • You are rigorous and able to work with stress
  • You enjoy interacting with colleagues and/or customers and helping them solve problems
  • You have a personal interest in technology
  • You are assertive and persuasive

Languages:

  • English and French (Dutch +point)

Job Types: Temporary contract, Freelance

Salary: €250.00 - €400.00 per day

Schedule:

  • On call
  • Shift work
  • Weekend availability
