Function
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for providing internal support to all employees. The role involves addressing a wide range of user queries and resolving IT issues through phone, remote assistance, and on-site visits to Belgian offices.
Responsibilities:
- First-line support for internal users.
- Immediate resolution of straightforward IT issues; forwarding more complex problems to colleagues.
- Explanation of usage and answering user queries.
- Identification of improvement initiatives.
- Maintenance and implementation of hardware and software.
- Keeping user and support documentation up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in system administration.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English; a solid foundation in French.
- Experience with Microsoft-oriented environments including Office 365, SCCM, Windows 11, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, with experience in ServiceNow being a plus.
- Customer and service-oriented mindset.
Additional Information:
- Work location: Roeselare or Gent, with occasional travel to Belgian offices as part of the job.
