Description
Position

M/W/X – EN and (FR or NL) – 3-6 years of Exp – B license driver
As IT support officer, you will join the IT team based in Brussels under the lead of the IT Manager.

Responsibilities

– Managing the IT Service desk :
Helpdesk & support to end-users ;
On/Offboarding end-users ;

– Managing & maintaining :
– Network (Firewalls / Switches / Wi-Fi / ISP’s) ;
– Printing fleet ;

Telephony & video conference systems
Physical Access control & security system (CCTV, Intrusion, Card readers…) ;
The Microsoft 365 & Azure tenant daily ;
The end user’s devices like laptops, iPhone, … (ordering – setup – recycling) ;

– Ensuring backup systems are operational & verifying backups are consistent ;
– Giving training to end-users ;
– Ongoing training and technology watch ;

Profile

Hard skills

– Good knowledge of network concepts – VLAN, MPLS, VPNs, SD-Wan, VVRP (Meraki knowledge is a +) ;
– Knowledge of Virtual machines on Azure (WVD, VMs, Windows365) ;
– Ability to manage Azure & M365 tenant professionally (MS102 certification is a +) ;
– Good knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune ;
– Good knowledge of Windows OS in Intune managed & autopilot mode ;
– Good knowledge of cloud-based backups mechanism ;
– Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (knowledge of Sentinel SIEM or Purview is a+) ;
– Knowledge of 1Password is a + ;
– Knowledge of Business Central is an advantage ;
– Previous experience in a Private Equity firm is an advantage ;
