Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a IT HR Solutions Lead who is passionate, agile and has strong relationship building skillsto join us in our IT Talent and Company Reputation team, based in our headquarter office in Brussels, Belgium.About The RoleThe IT Talent Solutions Lead, reporting to the Head of IT Talent & Company Reputation, will have IT responsibility for the talent digital solutions portfolio.In this role he/she will partner with talent teams to identify specific demand for digital solutions and assets and their associated roadmap.In partnership with different delivery and support organizations in IT, as well as external partners, he/she will also be responsible for the delivery of those digital solutions according to UCB IT methodologies and ensure that the generated benefits are measured and communicated.Who You’ll Work WithYou will join a team of 3 colleagues, each having its own scope of work while collaborating with its colleagues as well. You will have the opportunity to further grow your expertise in a global and high complex environment where you can keep on developing yourself and contribute to the continuous improvement of the tools. Beside of the running and continuous daily improvement of tools some important transformations projects are foreseen (e.g.: implementation of a skills-based approach in SAP SuccessFactors).What You’ll Do- Act as the principal technology advisor and as champion for identifying, leading and driving digital/information technology transformation.
- Influence and partner with key business stakeholders to manage and align a solutions portfolio that will deliver business value.
- Responsible for all aspects of solution delivery; identify & document needs, recommend digital solutions, define planning, manage scope & budget, monitor products quality and assess benefits and success criteria
- Manage the available resources (people, money, time) following UCB processes.
- Closely collaborate with other parts of IT and external partners to ensure adequate and timely delivery of agreed services and solutions, in line with agreed service levels.
- Maintain constant awareness of evolving regulatory requirements and influence the IT stakeholders and vendors in addressing these evolutions in the most efficient way.
- Bachelor in IT or equivalent by experience
- 4+ years of technology experience or functional experience in a Corporate HR environment
- In depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Expert in digital solutions (HCM software) project management
- Experience with vendor management.
- Experience with creating business requirements documents, use cases, business cases.
- Experience facilitating designing, implementation and operations of business initiatives/projects based on management objectives
- Ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods
