Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues with desktop computers and printers, and providing help desk support.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical support skills
  • Fluency in desktop computers troubleshooting.
  • Ability to resolve printer support issues.
  • Experience in help desk support
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, are a plus
  • Associate degree in information technology or relevant field.
