The P&G IT Communications team is looking for a TEAMS Design Engineer to join us. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing site design and integration for Microsoft TEAMS Voice and Cisco WebEx. This will require you to have extensive experience with and knowledge of Microsoft TEAMS and Cisco Webex. You’ll be expected to have full command of UCaaS and CCaaS industry and extensive prior experience in designing and implementing TEAMS and Webex technologies. This is a hands-on role to provide design support global P&G UC deployment
  • Execute and implementation of a Microsoft TEAMS Voice deign
  • Work with P&G business units to develop new design and service improvements.
  • Develop detail design for TEAMS Voice
  • L3 outage and support
  • Develop site designs for POC sites.
  • Site survey Analysis
  • BOM validation
  • Rack and stack support
  • Number porting support
  • Design and Support lab
  • Develop day two support and monitoring standards
  • Develop a framework for complete UCaaS and CCaaS service lifecycle
  • Support strategic business initiatives, including support of service transition processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive higher efficiency and performance of services
  • Ensure vendor work is accurately and deeply reviewed and also meets all applicable standards; identify gaps and opportunities in work to achieve long-term business goals
  • Participate in and lead a multi-functional IT Design group that reviews designs from an enterprise perspective.

Required Skills

Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 year of hands-on experience with MS Teams/Calling
  • 2 to 5 year of hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBC
  • 2 to 5 year of hands-on experience with Cisco Webex
  • 5 years of progressive experience in a combination of development, support Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex technologies architecture and design
  • Migration experience - Avaya, Cisco, Mitel, etc. to Microsoft Teams/Other UC solution
  • Strong consultative skills, customer-facing business support development
  • Direct expertise in UC and network support using direct connect VLPS and SDWAN
  • Direct experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Teams direct routing and AudioCodes design
  • Direct experience with troubleshooting and supporting SIP, VOIP, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, AudioCodes SBC/Analog Gateways
  • Solid experience in solution design principles and practices, system development methodologies, and software life cycles.
  • Experience coordinating vendor solution delivery and partnering effectively with vendors to meet business needs.
  • Experience in global support models
  • Experience in SBC Design and design preferably AudioCodes
  • Excellent verbal and communications skills
  • Experience working with Polycom Video endpoint, WebRTC, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.

Preferences
  • Certified in MS Teams/Calling Engineer/Architect
  • Certified in AudioCodes SBC
  • Certified in Cisco Webex
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex technologies
  • Knowledge API integration with SNOW using API with UCaaS vendors
  • Experienced in multiple ITIL based support disciplines is preferred
  • Experienced with object-oriented system support design utilizing use cases
  • Experienced with Microsoft Visio
  • Excellent influencing and consultative skills; and the ability to actively determine and resolve issues and opportunities.
  • Able to work closely with the business, IT personnel, and other support areas to provide research and development around application trends, integration patterns, vendor direction, and development methodologies.
  • Understand business behavior patterns and patterns of information and technology and how they work together to enable the business to achieve its strategic and tactical goals.
