Janssen Business Services (JBS) is a global organization within the J&J Pharm sector, responsible for providing finance support to the OUS Principal Companies. The JBS mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property structures. JBS teams are based in Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland and the US. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst who will be responsible to design and implement the Pharm Path to Monthly Close (PTMC) project for Gross Profit. Job Description Details: The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with the PTMC Signifi Project Team to design and deploy the Path to Monthly Close from a process and IT systems perspective. Post go live expected in Q4 2022, the Senior Financial Analyst will take ownership to execute, and continuously drive process improvements and standardization within PTMC for the Pharma Sector. The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently, to deal with complexity and meet critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities: The JBS Senior Financial Analyst will focus on process and IT system to deploy PTMC within the Gross Profits areas of worldwide Pharm Management GP and Transactional Currency. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and execute on monthly and quarterly PTMC activities Closely partner with JBS and PTMC Project Team, Group Finance, SigniFi Tech on the design of interim and end- state system solutions Support the implementation of processes and systems to enable monthly reporting by leveraging J&J best practices, tools, and systems; enable automated process flows to drive efficiency to PTMC Conduct and deploy lessons learned from closing process Responsible for presenting and explaining results to senior leadership on a regular Qualifications Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required A minimum of 3 years finance or related business experience is required. Must possess excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a strong attention to detail. Must possess strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must possess the ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. Must possess the ability to recommend, influence, and implement process improvements is required. Experience with the following systems is strongly preferred: SAP, Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Alteryx and PowerBI. MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are a plus Prior Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experiences are a plus This position may require up to 5% of domestic travel.
