Our public sector services have been designed to address the changing requirements for our public sector clients’ policies and processes by helping them to assess and design high performing strategies, to reengineer their processes, and to improve the management tools and technologies that support them. We can also advise on regulatory, organizational and governance issues.. Our aim is to help our public sector client successfully face and overcome today’s challenges : climate changes, environmental issues, young unemployment, public debts, digitalized economy, etc.

In order to support the growth of our Public sector and sustainability practice we are hiring people to further develop our activities for the belgian market (federal, regional and local levels).

What you will do:

We are currently looking for junior consultant profile to strengthen our team on the public sector matters being policy evaluation, design of new governance and organizational models, economic studies, performance management, public finance management, data analytics, etc. The right profiles should have an entrepreneurial mindset and show a strong interest in the public sector issues.

Your main activities will be to:
  • Be part of project teams and actively participate in project delivery;
  • Participate and support the development of our Public sector practice (e.g. writing articles, proposals, follow-up trends and market evolution, engage in networking activities);


Profile

You have :

  • A master degree (Economics, Business Administration, Environment and sustainable development, Political Sciences) – a relevant post graduate degree is an asset
  • Young graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience working as a consultant
  • An interest for the public sector, environmental and sustainability issues;
  • Strong interpersonal and commercial skills
  • An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset ;
  • The ability to work in a team-spirit environment
  • Fluent in French (native language) with a good knowledge of Dutch and English
