Suspense, agility and a rising tide of adrenaline are often sought by many graduates in a career. Strangely however, few of them think to find them in the world of tax. How wrong they are!

You will join our team of technology consultants with an affiliation to tax matters (called Tax Management Consulting “TMC”). Our team consists of people with very diverse backgrounds. Some of us are data scientist, others are ERP system specialists (Oracle/SAP) and others are finance/tax process generalists. What unites us is our mission to solving complex tax problems using technology and adding value to our client’s tax teams by bringing high efficiency in their day to day processes.

As a member of TMC team:

You will be part of one of the following teams:
  • Data & process team where you will learn to crunch big data with surgical precision to create valuable insights and transparency for multinationals.
  • The SAAS solution team helps implement and support Deloitte eITC Tool that brings standardization, transparency, and control to global indirect tax compliance processes.
  • ERP team supports clients embedding tax automation solutions in their ERP.
You will learn:
  • How to identify ways to improve the efficiency of existing business processes
  • How to build and maintain relationships with large multinationals clients
  • How to build things to improve cooperation, efficiency and user experience
  • How to bridge the gap between IT and tax professionals
  • How to solve complex financial problems with different technologies (Alteryx, Power BI, Python, SAP, Oracle, eITC,…).

Let’s Talk About You

You are:
  • Recently graduated with a bachelor or master in taxation, commercial sciences, economics or an equivalent.
You have knowledge of:
  • Corporate finance and/or accounting (at least the basics)
  • Excel (at least the basics).
You are good at :
  • Communicating in English and being a reliable team player
  • Thinking abstractly and solving problems in a structured way
  • Working under time pressure and organizing your work independently o Developing technical skills to become a trusted consultant.
Extra awesome:
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who loves challenges
  • Knowledge of any other European language besides English
  • Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and SAP
  • Experience with data tools ( Alteryx, Python, R, Power BI, ….
