Responsibilities
As IT Recruiter, your responsibilities will be to:
- Manage the posting of open roles regularly & post them on the relevant job sites, as well as share them via social media.
- Ensure that the job descriptions are attractive and written in a clear and compelling manner.
- Screen incoming applications and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Pro-actively contact passive candidates on the job market (job board, network...).
- Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
- Conduct thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screening to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful at the client’s site.
- Organise technical interviews with the technical managers.
- Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Participate to the elaboration of the offer and introduce it to the candidate
- Organize the contract signature and liaise with the office manager for all the necessary documents.
- Participate in recruitment events (job fairs, challenge, recruitment events, team building).
Profile
As IT Recruiter, you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience as sourcer or recruiter and ideally in a consultancy company.
- A strong interest with the IT, digital and the technology in general.
- Very good command in English and French and/or Dutch.
And you also are
- A very good communicator with good presentation skills.
- Pro-active, client oriented and you can take initiatives
- Creative, flexible and result oriented
- Focused and well organised.
