工作内容

Tasks

You contribute to the development and management of the Agro Solutions product portfolio. the product portfolio covers the sectors: agriculture and horticulture, livestock farming and post-harvest.
You develop a thorough expertise in your area. To this end, you also follow up some projects of tests in the field or in collaboration with test centers.
You don’t shy away from solving technical questions.
You like to give training, both internally and externally.
You further develop our internal training platform (The Roam Academy) for AgroSolutions.
You stay informed of new regulations.
You analyze the market, the trends, and map out the needs of customers/consumers.
You coordinate and monitor with the various stakeholders (sales, regulations,..) that all product information and marketing tools are ready for market introduction.
You provide input to the marketing team for the creation of the necessary marketing tools (case studies, product info,..).
You support the Product Manager in analyzing the evolution of product sales, competition, etc.
You are responsible for the preparation of and reporting onthe expert meetings.
You work closely with various internal departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Technical Sales, Marketing, etc. and report directly to the Global Product Manager.

Profile

You have a Master’s level of thinking, have a Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
You already had a first work experience and have a hands-on mentality.
You have experience with project management.
You work efficiently, you can prioritise and you are a problem solver.
You are customer-oriented.
You can work independently as well as in a team.
Your communication is strong.
You are stress resistant, structured and can work with different types of people.
You have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office, knowledge of Sharepoint is a plus.
