Job description:

  • Conduct cold calling, prospection and sourcing for the best available candidates within the market
  • Realize and close business deals with the help of your sales-driven mentality
  • Act as a middleman between your future candidates and respected clients
  • Attract unique talented profiles by creating engaging and professional advertisements
  • Negotiate with international clients, CEOs and managers on a daily basis

Our ideal candidate:

  • Who has an excellent language proficiency in English with the combination of a good understanding of French or Dutch
  • Who has outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Who is not afraid to start a new challenge
  • Who is able to think out of the box in order to close business deals
