The goal of SAP4I implementation projects is to create a platform to improve the service and mission delivered to the customers by implementing the different SAP4I products onto a common group insurance systems.


Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Test Manager to contribute to our growing SAP4I SR team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional experience, preferably in the insurance or financial sectors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our standard of excellence, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. Additionally, this individual will be requested to assist the project manager in administrative task, when time allows.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage testing strategies to ensure software quality.
  • Ensure the appropriate resources are available at the appropriate time to execute the testing
  • Trains and supports the resources for testing execution
  • Oversee and conduct various tests and analysis.
  • Document and evaluate test results and provide detailed reports.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs and issues.
  • Coordinate with development teams to fix all identified defects in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Reports the test execution progress within the projects


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • At least two years of professional experience, ideally in the insurance or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Panaya, HP ALM or similar testing tools.
  • ISTQB certification is highly desirable.
  • English: Full professional proficiency

The budget is limited as a Junior Test Manager.
