We are looking for a Key Account Development Manager (m/f) for Brussels en the flemish part too:- You are the partner and expert contact for human resources managers, training managers, international mobility managers, corporate university managers and/or the purchasing department of large companies (BEL 20 in Belgium).
- Able to work independently, you will establish a structured sales plan with objectives for each client and prospect you have targeted
- Thanks to your strategic vision and knowledge of the market, you develop the Key Account portfolio through targeted strategic prospecting (70% of the time). You generate new sales and win tenders that will develop into long-term major client relationships
- You manage existing customer relationships (30% of the time) by ensuring a good understanding of their issues, offering appropriate training solutions in all the client’s subsidiaries. You maintain a trustful relationship to ensure that clients do not leave for competitors
- You will establish structured activity reports with your clients on a regular basis
Profile
- You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling you to easily interact with decision makers.
- As a true strategist, you know how to build a commercial plan. You also have an excellent ability to captivate and convince your interlocutors.
- You are familiar with tendering procedures and have experience in the commercial development of Key Accounts (BEL 20 companies in Belgium, in the service sector being a plus)
- You are methodical and persistent. You are a self-starter and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are an enterprising and passionate person, capable of working independently while maintaining a good team spirit.
- You are at ease in the Microsoft environment, including the use of a CRM. You are familiar with the commercial use of social networks (mainly Linkedin)
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
