Account Manager Allergy & Autoimmunity
Objectives
- Ensures the promotion of our testing and activities in the private & public laboratories (Commercial labs, public and private hospitals & universities).
- Generate the turnover for the territory by in-person customer visits and organized events.
- Drive Tender and Contract negotiations in all accounts within the assigned territory.
Profile
We are looking for a motivated and open-minded professional who can successfully achieve sales targets within the designated territory and product range. Commercial and relational skills are needed, as well as a solid scientific background to be able to explain and defend our products with our customers. Prior experience in selling products in the healthcare market and record of negotiating tenders and contracts is highly advantageous.
Main Responsibilities And Tasks
- Sales of instruments and reagents in the clinical laboratories in hospitals, university centers and clinical commercial labs.
- Develop and Maintain strong relationships with biologists, lab technicians and opinion leaders.
- Explore business opportunities and offer value added services.
- Analyze and propose activities in line with the local strategic action plan.
- Organization and animation of meetings with healthcare professionals (Webinars, workshops, local congresses, clinical staff meetings,…)
- Share information within the team of laboratory sales, clinical sales and application specialists
- Report business activities in Sales CRM system (Salesforce)
- Respect the administrative procedures & legal obligations (transparency, Mdeon, etc...)
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales Team, Technical Service, Customer Service, Marketing, General Management in the FraBeLux cluster
- Education Level: Bachelor, License or Sc. master’s in medicine, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences or equivalent
- Scientific Knowledge: Clinical Biology, Immunology
- Technical Knowledge: Computer skills
- Specific Knowledge: Professional selling & Negotiation skills
- Languages: a must have: Dutch native, English (oral and written), French (oral)
