About Our ClientOur client is a leading international logistics company based in Vilvoorde.Job DescriptionAs Legal and Compliance Counsel, you will join the Legal and Compliance team and report to the General Counsel and CFO. You will handle day-to-day matters and your key responsibilities will include:



  • Providing legal support on compliance projects and assisting with implementation
  • Handling company administration (e.g., license filings, insurance claims)
  • Providing legal support to business units (customer support, delivery, claims)
  • Assisting in the review and negotiation of commercial contracts
The Successful ApplicantAs Legal and Compliance Counsel, you have/are:



  • A Belgian Master degree in law
  • 2 to 6 years of in-house experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English; French is a plus
  • A self-starter, pragmatic, hands-on and results-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, capable of working efficiently, and meet project timelines
  • A team player and also able to work independently
  • Enjoy knowledge sharing
