This family-run firm has recently celebrated its 20th anniversary and specializes in the sale and leasing of professional buildings, real estate investor consultancy, corporate real estate portfolio analysis, and supporting companies with broader strategic real estate queries.

Job Description

Assisting investors in optimizing their real estate portfolios through sales or purchases of commercial properties.
Collaborating with department heads to analyze the portfolios of institutional and private investors.
Utilizing your network for marketing purposes.
Analyzing clients’ needs to foster long-term relationships.
Employing analytical and creative problem-solving skills to handle complex situations.
Remaining determined and persistent in sourcing the right opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

Holds a Master’s degree.
Possesses an analytical mind with a commercial outlook.
Demonstrates strong persuasive and determined attributes.
Has prior commercial experience and an affinity for the real estate sector (preferred).
Exhibits insightful and creative problem-solving skills in complex situations.
Is flexible and can work autonomously.
Is fluent in Dutch with an excellent command of French, or vice versa.
