An innovative company in the food industry based in Vilvoorde is looking for a Maintenance Manager. In this role you report directly to the Site Director.

In this position as Maintenance Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the maintenance team
  • Establishing and controlling budgets for services, expenses and investments for equipment
  • Supervising of implementation and maintenance activities of machinery
  • Dealing with the spare parts and their supply chain process management
  • Creating a higher customer satisfaction by taking necessary timely action to customer requirements, complaints, and claims.

About you:

  • You have a master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar sector
  • You speak fluent English, French and/or Dutch.
