Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Maintenance Site Head to oversee our maintenance operations at our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management within the pharmaceutical sector, with a proven track record of leading teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring optimal performance and development of staff.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GMP and safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and minimize downtime.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the highest standards of maintenance are upheld.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
