Who are we?

TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Group and we are responsible for Project Sourcing of all Fluor projects. In Belgium the focus lies on LTSAs (Long Term Service Agreements) and EPCM projects in Oil and Gas, Energy, Food and Pharma sector. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Good level of French language
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ideally prevention consultant level 2 or 3
  • Previous experience in a similar technical/EHS field in an industrial context
  • Theoretical understanding of the operating principles of the technical areas related to the function Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • English - Understanding technical texts
  • Use of standard software - spreadsheets (MS Office suite)
What will you do?

  • You will be a Maintenance Supervisor Risk & PTW,
you will be responsible for managing the co-activity of the main HSR and HSR operations on site.
  • Technical support in the field
  • Ensuring the optimization of existing facilities
  • Follow-up of Quality/Safety documents
