Maintenance Technician

工作内容

OBJECTIVE

Is mainly responsible for all the technical issues and maintenance of production installations. Hereby he monitors all needed technical data; keeping in mind food safety, workers safety and legal regulations.

Is doing the curative and preventive maintenance tasks. Is involved with the calibration plans. Is doing the supervision of external technicians according to the manual ”General condition for onsite interventions”.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

- Ensures the proper functioning of the machinery

- Determine and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance interventions

- Repair, test, adjust or replace mechanical pieces/ parts

- Give technical support to other departments

- Develop and follow up maintenance procedures, technical documents

- General maintenance (building, electricity, plumbing,…)

- Fulfill technical interventions keeping in mind safety regulations and food safety.

- Follow up plant security systems: technical alarms (ex. Refrigerator) and entrance protection

- Supervision of calibration plans

- Good condition of utility facilities in accordance with ARAB, AREI, ATEX

SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor or A2 level or equivalent by experience

• Fluent Dutch or French, English is a +

• Very good knowledge of electricity

• Strong technical skills, problem solver, result driven

• Service minded, flexible, Autonomous

• Knowledge of ARAB, AREI, ATEX

• Trust with weight- and control systems, PLC systems in food processing

• Sense for order and neatness

• Focused on safety
