Join a vibrant environment where your skills as a Dag Technician Consulent will enhance the efficiency and reliability of daily operations in a state-of-the-art facility. This role places you at the forefront of ensuring high-quality standards in the pharmaceutical production process.

You are an integral part of the team, acting as the central point of contact for production challenges and overseeing the smooth flow of activities.

Tasks

  • You monitor the optimal functioning of installations.
  • You execute corrective and preventive maintenance interventions (electrical/mechanical; additional knowledge of PLC is an advantage).
  • You manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • You prepare and conduct maintenance interventions with precision.
  • You develop, follow up, and implement technical projects and modifications.
  • You support changes in collaboration with Production Support and Engineering.
  • You analyze and optimize preventive maintenance schedules.
  • You improve stock management effectively.
  • You carry out breakdown analyses to resolve disruptions promptly and efficiently.
  • You ensure all documentation (work and standard instructions, machine dossiers) is up-to-date.
  • You guarantee safety and proper execution of LOTOs, adapting them to the practical realities on-site.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • You are skilled in PLC systems (preferred).
  • You demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • You are a great communicator and team player.
  • You show flexibility within a shift system.
  • You have an affinity for technical and production processes.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent based on experience.
  • You contribute to a collaborative work environment effectively.
  • You are proficient in English and preferably in other languages.
