About Our Client

Our client is an International Pharmaceuticals company which is part of a important European group. The company has future plans to establish itself throughout Europe and they are currently looking for a Management assistant to join their team (composed of 40 people approximately).

Job Description

As Management Assistant, you will have the following tasks:

  • Management of agendas and e-mails.
  • Organization of business trips as well as internal and external meetings.
  • Supporting management with administrative tasks.
  • Handling basic accounting tasks such as creating, sending and encoding invoices.
  • Updating the vacation schedule for the company.
  • Follow-up of contracts and other official documents.

The Successful Applicant

As Management Assistant, you have the following profile:

  • Master in Office management or similar
  • A good command of Office 365 (Excel, word, Power Point).
  • Perfect French and very good English. Dutch is a plus.
  • Ability to deal with tight deadline.
  • Accuracy, organization, writing skills and confidentiality are very important qualities for the position.
