Your PositionMission
This position is responsible for developing business alliances that will accelerate the adoption of Worldline solutions. You have a strong entrepreneurial sense and a background in strategic alliances, partnerships and/or business development, preferably in a technology company. The focus is to build and execute win-win solutions with existing and new alliance partners to grow Worldline revenue and secure Worldline market share.
This role will be responsible for the development, growth and revenue contribution of our joint efforts to market the Worldline electronic payment solutions, e-services solutions and transactional services for financial markets, building on the strengths of both parties.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate, manage and grow relationships with solid Worldline alliance and strategic partners.
- Strong ability to understand the drivers of the business of the Partner and his needs for Worldline technology and create the best value proposition
- Develop a deep understanding of Partner organizations and map key areas of focus relative to Worldline objectives; determine gaps in the Partner ecosystem.
- Establish personal relationships with key personnel at relevant partner and alliance organizations in order to influence their internal awareness of their Worldline based technology solutions.
- Identify prospective new strategic partners to complement Worldline products from a business and technical perspective; Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners; Convey Worldline value proposition and relationship value across partner organizations; Position Worldline as a wide array of opportunities .
- Identify growth opportunities and build business cases to support their execution.
- Achieve organizational support and resources for Worldline partnership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Marketing, Product management, Customer service and Retention teams.
- Partners closely with the Product and Customer Service team members to identify, obtain and track measurable performance metrics for existing and future initiatives and projects.
- Work closely with Worldline sales, marketing, and product management teams to create necessary linkages with strategic partner organization as needed
- Where applicable, drive successful proof-of-concept or testing with partners to ensure partner can validate and represent the strengths of the Worldline payment solution to their customers and work with partners to develop reference designs, and get solution adoption.
- Align the many organizations and interests without any hierarchical relationship to build on.
- Other day to day tasks include: design, execute, and manage joint business/marketing plans and drive execution, services &product portfolio alignment, manage business reviews with these partners. Create solution briefs outlining the benefits of the partnership.
- Required skill is pretty broad as the alliance and strategic partnership manager needs to be able to talk and act on many organizational levels
- Have an entrepreneurial skill to develop new things that people do not believe in yet
- At the same time able to make deadlines and keep the alliance / partnership on course acting as a project manager
- Combination of technical understanding with quantitative marketing techniques
- Understanding B2B marketing
- Demonstrated experiences in at least one of the following: strategic partnerships, alliances, business development.
- Capability to develop solution roadmaps leveraging Worldline and launching payment solutions
- Drive partners to develop differentiated solutions together with Worldline
- Be able to assume the role of product strategist, project manager and strategic planner as necessary
