This role supports the Associate Director Rewards (Global Mobility) in the management of CCEP’s global mobility policies and processes. The role forms part of the wider People & Culture Rewards team.

  • Responsible for the end to end program management of global mobility assignment processes
  • Develop and improve mobility policies and associated procedures
  • Recommend changes for enhancement and adoption of new mobility methods and tools
  • Provide expert advice, training and support to P&C Business Partners and People Services regarding mobility programs
  • Manage multiple global mobility vendors ensuring service level agreements are met
  • Oversee annual review of program elements, including expatriate remuneration and incentive review; mobility allowances and benefits; and global mobility insurance policy renewals. Monitor external benchmark data changes through the year to ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with CCEP’s external global mobility provider to ensure immigration, tax, social security and mobility payroll compliance.
  • Minimum 4-5yrs previous HR experience required, which must be relevant to global mobility / rewards
  • In addition, some Finance/Tax experience would be preferable
  • Previous experience of building strong stakeholder relationships at a senior Leadership Team level
  • Highly organised, able to plan, prioritise and manage multiple priorities and requests from both internal senior stakeholders and external providers, to tight deadlines.
  • Customer service orientated, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence when working with data, tax and compensation calculations, and have strong technology and systems knowledge and capability
  • Able to manage difficult conversations and influence decisions, within a challenging and fast paced environment.
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy and demonstrate integrity and discretion.
  • University degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred

Candidates could be located in any of our CCEP European locations. Due to the global nature of the role and team, and the different time zones we operate across, there will be occasions where some flexibility is required in relation to meeting times.
