To support our growth ambition, we are looking for an HR Manager for our office in Ghent where you will have the freedom and opportunity to expand your experience and expertise. If you are a pro-active Human Resources Manager and interested in working for a market leader in the software industry, within a global HR team, we would love to speak with you. As HR Manager you will be able to demonstrate a strong background in multiple disciplines within the Human Resources field. Your focus will be on coaching, advising, and supporting our core employees. We are a non-hierarchical organization with short communication lines, we work closely with our colleagues in all countries making us a truly global HR team.

Responsibilities
  • An advisory and pioneering role to support high performance and continuous improvement
  • Coaching managers through the implementation of effective people plans, driving a performance driven culture
  • Manage all HR processes, including formalizing Labor Agreements, personnel files, benefits, etc. for over 100 employees (including some contractors) (in Belgium in alignment with our Bricsys team in Russia and partners in several other countries
  • Involvement in recruitment procedures, liaise with the 2 Talent Acquisition Partners to coordinate recruitment needs and participate in interviews
  • Onboarding of new employees and managers on Hexagon culture, policies, procedures, and our digital HR system
  • Lead transformation and change programs, alongside global projects
  • Development of HR policies and procedures
  • Support Line Managers and employees with annual Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Benefits (including Incentive Plans), Individual Development Planning, Training needs identification, Engagement Survey, taking into consideration the corporate identity of Hexagon PPM and Bricsys, etc.
  • Taking part in settlement of Labor disputes and conflicts and other employee relation matters
  • Advise management in any organizational change such as restructuring, succession planning and legal affairs
  • Conduct exit-interviews, analyzing reasons for leaving the company and suggest improvements
  • Line Management responsibility for a HR support person, leading by example, coaching and development

Required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent)
  • 10 + years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager or Business Partner in an international organization
  • Knowledge of labor, tax and social insurance law
  • Commercial experience and business knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and writing) in English and Dutch, French is a plus
  • These competences describe who you are: leading by example, can do mentality, able to cope with resistance, relationship builder, strong outliner of future developments
  • Proficiency with HR systems (SuccessFactors Knowledge and expertise are a plus), Excel
