everis is looking for a Marketing and Customer Journey Expert for a client in Brussels. This role can be performed remotely from Belgium.

Context of the project:

The Value Proposition Commercial Life team aims to offer marketing solutions to the clients (companies and their employees, retail & self-employed) and offer them a better user experience.

The team is in charge of marketing projects and also the actual writing of marketing and communication content.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Marketing & Customer Journey Expert Life

In concrete terms, your role consists of:

· Contributing to the implementation of the marketing plan initiatives based on the Life business strategy with focus on

· 3 domains: customer journey, boost production, servicing & digitization

· 5 customer segments: Retail life, Independents, SME’s, corporate & public sector in collaboration with internal departments (operations, product management, IT, distribution, …)

· Enhancing customer experience & develop value propositions across customer journeys

· Elaborate, coordinate and represent our marketing department across transversal projects and analyze market research in order to take the necessary measures to strengthen the image, the product and service offer, the quality of service, the customer experience and to boost sales.

· Develop specific strategies for customer acquisition, development, retention and loyalty in close collaboration with other departments.

· Carry out impact analysis of marketing campaigns in order to ensure and optimize their effectiveness and to take the necessary actions.

· Develop, design and test original and creative concepts in order to adopt an innovative marketing approach

· Deploy upsell and cross-sell campaigns while ensuring end-to-end realization

· Customer marketing content development, with a focus on digital

· Development of specific content for the distribution network and internal sales forces

· Define, develop content based on a Sell-Serve-Inform-Sell cycle for the website

Your role:

Holder of a master’s degree or a bachelor’ degree with proven professional experiences

· You have 5 years of experience in Marketing

· Good knowledge of the (Life) insurance products is a nice to have to the function

· You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.

· You know how to work in project mode, and you have experience in copywriting

· You have a 360° vision, you communicate easily, you are collaborative and a good listener

· You are able to produce compelling presentations and translate complex insurance products into attractive customer-oriented services taking into account the customer’s experience throughout their journey.

· You dare to decide and propose ambitious solutions without losing sight of the customer experience.
