As Marketing and Communication Coordinator, you will supervise the long term marketing strategy for Europe, Middle East and Africa and the implementation of a range of on-line and off-line communication tools and campaigns.

STRATEGIC

  • Define the yearly marketing plan in line with the company objectives
  • Set and manage the company’s marketing budget
  • Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
  • Leading and coordinating the marketing team composed of a Graphic & Content Coordinator and a Web Developer.

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION

  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications in line with global corporate direction while reflecting local markets priorities
  • Supervise the implementation of content across multiple channels and provide editing inputs (newsletters, websites, videos, brochures, event materials, Social Media, online shop,...)
  • Evaluate the success of various communication strategies, provide and implement recommendations for improvement
  • Manage online marketing campaigns, measuring results and reporting
  • Manage the databases and mailing lists (Mailchimp and CRM), and liaise with the HR department and external consultant to work towards GDPR compliance
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of technical documentation
  • Work with vendors and agencies, to create communications and marketing actions and develop supporting assets
  • Coordinate translations and production in 7 languages.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed about any marketing and other departments’ efforts.

EVENTS

  • Coordinate the organization of open houses and manage the company‘s presence in trade shows and other events (booth design, team management, visuals, invitations, logistics,...).

As a Marketing & Communication Coordinator, you will succeed as you have the following profile :

  • Bachelor or Master in marketing or communication or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and 1 or 2 years as a coordinator
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), all other European languages are an asset
  • Ability to manage and coordinate the development process while respecting deadlines and budgets
  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong project management skills and a commitment to teamwork
  • Detail-oriented

  • Proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
