Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Manages the delivery of assigned/planned MarComs deliverables
  • Tracks and reports the effectiveness of delivered executions
  • Identifies and reports potential promotional needs and/or functional improvements
  • Feeds all communication channels with relevant/newsworthy content pertaining to content pipeline
  • Manages Marketing Communications budget/expenditures and sustains positive relationships with selected suppliers panel /agencies

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Marketing or Communication discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and Communications skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Effective organization/ planning ability
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to prioritize, coordinate and deliver multiple activities simultaneously
  • Personal commitment to ensure timely results
  • Familiarity with the protocols for event management as well as traditional and new media including Online and Print Advertising, Media Relations, Direct Marketing and Social Media
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools as well as web content systems, desktop publishing and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prepare/write strong, convincing promotional content in English/Dutch/French
  • Ability to develop compelling collateral in print, video and digital formats
  • Ability to manage creative suppliers, providing clear briefs and ensuring quality of delivery on time and on budget
  • Written and oral skills in multiple languages will be an advantage

Experience

  • At minimum seven years Marketing Communications experience
  • Experience of event, collateral, digital platforms development
  • Experience in planning and executing Marketing Communications campaigns with high leverage of digital content and channels / ROI metrics
  • Experience in supporting distribution networks and partners
