He/she will be part of the European Product Management Team reporting to the Category Manager. He/she will be mainly responsible for providing operative professional assistance to the Product Team.

He/she will build and maintain excellent relationship with the (Junior) Category Managers, Digital team, Retail team, Wholesale team, Communication Team, European markets, external suppliers and any other internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and coordination in new product launches

- Prepare Coding Memos

- Insert prices in Pricing System and follow up routing

- Define key features to be added to collateral materials and create product matrix

- Take ownership of sample management: order process, coordination and follow up

- Set up showrooms

- Coordinate product shootings and check the final pictures

- Preparation of product support materials like catalogue, sales sheets, product presentations, …

- Follow up segmentation flow

  • Assist the team in the definition of the prices, through assortment analysis and competitor’s analysis
  • Actively participate in the analysis on market trends and competitor information
  • Provide transparent and prompt answers to requests from the field on products
  • Provide detailed professional ad hoc analysis and transparent reports to fully support the company strategic decisions
  • Provide any other general administrative support to the Marketing Department as requested to ensure a smooth organization of the whole department (check invoices, samples preparation, etc.)
  • Continuously offer an outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Applicants should ideally:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Marketing or have a first relevant experience in marketing
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be independent, but also a team player.
  • Be pro-active and show problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work very accurately and have an eye for details
  • Have excellent computer skills, including very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Show the ability to perform well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a multicultural and changing environment
  • Have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Possess excellent knowledge of English, written and verbal
  • Demonstrate passion and affinity for the brand and products
