We’re looking for a Marketing Officer to join us on our mission

Are you passionate about marketing and eager to make your mark in a fast-paced environment? At Leap Forward, we’re looking for a dedicated Marketing Officer who can take charge of our own brand while also providing strategic support to the marketing teams of four other distinctive brands. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a collaborative setting, and has a knack for both strategic and creative thinking.

As a Marketing Officer at Leap Forward, here’s what you’ll do:

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Leap Forward, including both online and offline initiatives.
• Provide strategic marketing support to the marketing teams of four other brands, helping them to shine in their respective markets.
• Manage and optimize our web presence, ensuring our websites are engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand identity.
• Craft compelling copy for various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and more.
• Plan, organize, and manage events to boost brand visibility and engagement, making sure every detail is covered.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to set clear deadlines, track progress, and ensure seamless project completion.
• Utilize your strategic thinking to align all marketing activities with our overall business goals and drive measurable results.
• Support sales initiatives with targeted marketing campaigns and materials that resonate with our audience.

You’d be a great fit for this role if you are:

• A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and make data-driven decisions that move the needle.
• A proactive team player who’s eager to collaborate and share knowledge.
• Highly organized with strong skills in copywriting, event management, and project management.
• Someone with 2-4 years of experience in marketing and communication.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (this is a must).
• Experience in sales or an agency setting is a plus, but not required.
