Marketing Supervisor

McDonald’s is the largest restaurant chain in the world and also striving to be the most people-oriented enterprise around the globe.

There are currently 100 McDonald’s restaurants in Belgium, run by 24 independent entrepreneurs (Franchisees). Because our business is growing fast-paced, we are looking for talented people to reinforce our head offices that provide support to all restaurants. About the job

Key responsibilities will include:

• You are the lead on the entire Convencience Platform, including Drive and the McDelivery platform ( for Takeaway, Deliveroo , Uber eats, Hello ugo)
• Provide support for new launches / removals ( in the national languages ( copy check , menu integrations , …)
• Provide copy’s (in the national languages) for all new campaigns
• New restaurant openings (POP material , social assets in national languages)
• Coordinate and align with all 3 PO’s & you look after the campaigning (for conversion & awareness) in collaboration with the media and the creative agency.
• You will be responsible for all Below The Line Communications, including our Digital Menu Boards and Point of Purchase materials;
• You work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and the advertising agency. You ensure a complete campaign follow-up: concepts, development of campaigns, POP development and check of languages ( French , Dutch , UK) all material & assets.

About you now

To be able to thrive in this role, we believe you need to master:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing, including trade marketing and Copywriting;
• Fluency in Dutch and French, both written and spoken, and a good level in English;
• Digital nativity & experience in Digital Conversion;
• Creative yet practical problem solving skills can get you a long way;
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a high level of efficiency;
• Excellent knowledge of the entire MS Office Pack is a given.
