The Purpose:
Media Manager based in our head office in either Leuven, Breda or Paris. Report into the BU BNFL Media Lead & work alongside the Media Manager Global Brands, BU BNFL. Manage multiple internal & external stakeholders. Be responsible for the delivery of the biggest part of our marketing investments. Bring the brand’s creative campaigns to life, delivering deeper consumer engagement. Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Trade Marketing and DTC/e-commerce to deliver full-funnel connections campaigns. Be a driving force, in partnership with the BNFL Media Lead, behind our digital and data strategy. Own and lead tracking and optimizing our media ROI all year long. Manage the BU media budget for your brands.

The role:
Media Planning and execution
  • Responsible for the execution of the annual media plans for brands in scope.
  • Partner with brand, sales, insights, & innovation teams to deliver best in class executions
    & campaigns.
  • Work with Insights, dL media and our media agency to monitor and use real-time analysis and implement optimization of media campaigns.
  • Work with our analytics centre to implement ROI learnings to optimize plans and drive the best results for our business.
  • Deliver media activations for our various experiential events including our marquee sponsorships – JPL.
  • Work with BU BNFL Media Lead to implement local Test & Learn agenda, to respond to media developments with the market.
  • Manage the media budget to plan with transparency and excellent financial control.

Stakeholder Management
  • Regular attendance at BU and brand meetings, leading key connections discussions and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Work day-to-day with the local media agency team(s) – a key partner in helping us deliver continued excellence in media
Who we’re looking for:
  • Graduate. 2+ years’ experience in media planning, strategy, & execution. 1+ years’ experience with digital marketing & media planning. Excellent communication and influencing skills required.
  • Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proven to deliver results and demonstrate project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Clear aptitude to understand our sector and business.
  • Ability and build relationships and lead teams.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional initiatives and the capability to persuade and influence to achieve challenging results.
  • Take leadership on own personal development.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
