Our head office is located in Zandhoven. This position is part of an onsite position at our client.

You are responsible for the 1st and 2nd line IT support, System administration and roll-out Projects. You answer telephone and other IT-related calls and questions from users, and offer solutions. You are also jointly responsible for the interaction with the customer, the management and administration of the incidents in line with the agreements made, etc.

  • Register the follow-up data of interventions and pass on the information to the relevant service
  • Deploy old versions of IT or office systems (workaround)
  • Cleaning and setting up the material and equipment
