Project/Department Description:

  • Develop governance, processes, and tools for financial support in project management
  • Communicate portfolio priorities and provide indicators for project progress
  • Focus on Portfolio Management and technical skills
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in approving Project Debrief and Business Case
  • Provide consolidated, structured view for stakeholders on various project levels
  • Ensure coherence of portfolio data and identify anomalies
  • Quality check various documents related to projects
  • Report to external bodies and health insurance clients
  • Provide indicators for IT department end budget
  • Implement and manage Demand Life Cycle, Project Life Cycle, and Development Life Cycle processes
Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and validation
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Quality assurance
  • Continuous improvement based on lessons learned
  • Implement improvement actions and software development best practices
Technical Profile Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of Excel (VBA programming)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Project Management tools
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian suite (JIRA & Confluence)
  • Knowledge of SQL and Query BI/Power BI is a strong plus
  • Basic knowledge of business processes and IT environment

  • Strong tracking, coordination, and project planning skills
  • Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations, and quality plan
  • Identifies and implements process/application improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with limited supervision
  • Quick learner, motivated self-starter
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
Methodology/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Advanced coursework in technical systems preferred
Language Proficiencies:

  • Fluent in French, good knowledge of Dutch, English is a plus
Homework:

  • Minimum 2 days/week on-site presence is mandatory
  • More on-site presence during start-up may be requested
