The experience we are actively looking for:
  • Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering (electromechanics, chemistry, energy or related)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of civil engineering, E&I, automation, or piping is a strong asset
  • High awareness of safety standards (VCA certificate or coordinator B is a plus)
  • Analytical and critical mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and stress resilience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate teams
  • Result-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a capacity for innovation
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
  • Driver’s license B required
  • Located near Brussels and willing to travel regularly to industrial sites

The scope of this intrapreneurial project is managing Gas infrastructure projects from design to delivery, emphasizing energy transition, sustainability, and digital innovation.

The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant are:
  • Prepare project budgets and schedules
  • Monitor technical and administrative progress throughout project execution
  • Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop technical documentation, obtain permits, and prepare specifications
  • Coordinate suppliers and contractors during project execution
