To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Roeselare.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process Design & Optimization: Design, analyze, and enhance production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
  • Operational Support: Develop and document operating procedures and technical specifications for manufacturing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement projects in collaboration with internal teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Customer Collaboration: Provide technical support for the development and introduction of new products, including feasibility studies, prototype development, and testing.
  • Safety & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all process-related activities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electromechanical, or metallurgical fields.
  • Experience:
  • Open to recent graduates and professionals with approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage projects effectively and set priorities.
  • Practical and hands-on approach to engaging with stakeholders and processes on the production floor.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with 3D design software is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining safety as a top priority in all activities.
