Job Description

Function

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Guarantee continuity of supply for part numbered Auxiliary Materials in ERP (JDE) including non BOM items. Ensure that supply is in line with requirements and the requested safety stock targets.
  • Ensure optimized and independent Purchasing Planning, Materials Management and tracking of assigned items from Supply/Demand and Order Placement up to release of material.
  • Continuous monitoring/maintenance of safety stock levels, slow moving items and Inventory turn rate.
  • Secure information flow between supplier and internal stakeholders (Supply Chain Planning, Global Sourcing and Procurement, Supplier Quality, Receiving and Inspection) on an operational level.
  • In case of product supply shortages, develop and communicate transparent and up to date supply plans to internal stakeholders. Monitor execution of agreed plans, measure performance and solve and communicate any deviations from agreed plans. Decide on supply trade-offs in close cooperation with all Supply Chain Planning departments.

Profile

Minimum Bachelor degree in a technical or business related field

Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in supply chain management and customer service and/or procurement ; experience in Materials Management, Disposition/Planning and Cost Accounting is preferred

Outstanding business acumen as well as commercial and financial understanding

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Profound knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems (e.g. JDE) and supply chain planning tools

Language skills: French and English (fluent)

Environment

In Lessines, Takeda is producing medicines for immunologic and hematologic therapies. The plant’s main activity is the purification of plasmatic immunoglobulin for the treatment of primary immunodeficiency, as well as the treatment and conditioning of coagulation factors for hemorrhagic troubles (hemophilia A & B). As a production site, the plant in Lessines is functioning 24/7 and employs 950+ personnel members.
