About The Role

Support and drive strengthening of AAK co-development capabilities within the Natural Emulsifiers business unit, supporting co-development projects in cooperation with customer and the Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Support global sales team in finding new opportunities with selected customers
  • CI pipeline responsibility where you are responsible for the pipeline and all contacts between AAK NE and the AAK CI, CPM and NPD organisation for other industries and/or segments.
  • Act as technical specialist and support customers by providing technical advice
  • Initiate and drive customer co-development projects, develop new tailor-made products in line with the latest scientific and market developments
  • Translate customer requirements to the appropriate production processes and specifications
  • Organize technical seminars for customers and provide training for colleagues
  • Works closely together with global and regional sales colleagues, visit customers and represent the company at trade-fairs
About You
  • University degree in Food Science, Food technology or similar
  • 8-10+ years of relevant experience within a food company
  • Knowledge of segments (ccf, Dairy etc) is a strong advantage
  • Sr knowledge of oils and fats is a strong advantage
  • Experience in an international working environment
  • Strong skills in project management
  • Comfortable working in Global business environment, willing to travel up to 30%
