New Hotel Recruitment Open Days

We will be hosting recruitment open days at adjacent Holiday Inn Express and Suites on:

These recruitment days will focus on all of the things that drive a best in class guest experience and not just on your CV. W will be asking to join other candidates to take part in group and individual activites that will give you a chance to demonstrate your passion for customer service and meet with our hotel management team.

You’ll ensure guests feel welcome and enjoy a memorable experience from check in to check and and from aperitif to dessert. Are you known for your friendly and attentive service, eye for detail, and love of working in a busy, ever changing environment? Then we’d love to meet you!

Current vacancies for the hotel include:

• Receptionists for day and night shifts
• Front of house staff
• Food and beverage roles - from Supervisor to Waiter
• Cooks
• Room and public area attendants (days and nights)

In a green oasis at a conveniently accessible location in Ghent, you’ll find our unique hospitality hub: a collaboration between Courtyard by Marriott, Holiday Inn Express, and Residence Inn by Marriott.
