Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Research and Development team. In your role, you will focus on bird nutrition, playing a pivotal part in advancing our understanding of avian dietary needs to contribute to our further development of species-specific nutrition.

The ideal candidate will have a background in animal nutrition. As a nutritionist, you will play a pivotal role in project development by formulating and testing of new products and contributing to the advancement of our avian nutrition solutions.

You will be co-working on projects with other members of the R&D team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize species-specific products (NPD in bird nutrition).
  • Product development and project handling (from raw material  end product)
  • Follow-up feeding trials to assess the performance and efficacy of new nutrition formulations.
  • Analyze and interpret data, preparing detailed reports on research findings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimal a master degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Biology, Veterinary medicine or a related field.
  • Proven experience in new product development and project management.
  • Proven experience in (avian) nutrition research is a big advantage.
  • Ability to translate scientific knowledge into practical, marketable products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
