European Aircraft Private Club is a cooperative company operating exclusively for its members a fleet of Pilatus PC12 and PC24 aircraft across Europe and further. With a fleet and flights growing constantly every year, we are strengthening our team to successfully serve our members.

We are seeking, to join our team, The right fit for the function of OCC Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The candidate will be responsible for the OCC and will ensure that the center work as a cohesive unit.
• Management and control of the day-to-day flying schedule including flight watch, Operations and Crew Control while maximizing roster efficiency and stability.
• Defining procedures and following their implementation within the OCC to achieve a high level of flight safety and effective completion of flight planning
• Accountable for identifying safety risks in accordance with risk assessment policy and ensures that adequate risk mitigation steps are appropriately implemented
• Establish corrective action plans where non-conformities are identified
• Manages a team of Ops Support Officer who are responsible for the flight schedule operations.
• Maintain effective communication between the OCC and all other company departments, ensuring excellent communications links are established and maintained.
• Achieve KPI’s and predefined Targets.
• Ensure that all OCC staff members are regularly trained and updated on procedures.
• Monitor OCC staff to ensure goals, standards and targets are set and achieved. Encourage personal development and training
• Actively participates in crisis management situations
• Provide management reports and trend monitoring

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in Aviation Operations
• Ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to work shifts as well as weekends and public holidays
• Strong communicator with good analytical abilities, excellent leadership skills and an assertive, creative and positive attitude to problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, presentation and organizational skills.
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Highly customer service-oriented attitude
• Patient, reliable, responsible and very attentive to details
• Excellent knowledge of Operations, Crew FTL, Flight planning and aircraft performance.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
