We are looking for anOffice 365 Expert IT to work for one of our prestigious client in Brussels, Belgium (on-site work).

The 3rd level Support Team is responsible for the daily support of Microsoft applications, related to Office 365, browsers support and some of the Adobe suite products.

  • Provide customer-facing product engineering support for Microsoft365, Office365, browsers and Adobe products.
  • Manage incidents and requests related to the supported activities.
  • Provide real-time client support for faster case resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth research on complex cases, validate cases for escalation to the Backline, and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
  • As a knowledge champion, s/he is the focal point for communications, coordination, and overall adherence to the Microsoft365 and Office 365 knowledge management program.
  • Collaborate closely with first-line support and other technical dependencies.
  • Serve as a point of escalation and contact with suppliers such as Microsoft and Adobe for any critical needs or issues requiring their expertise.

Main Tasks

  • Handling/resolution of Incidents and Requests
  • Tickets not resolved / Handled by the 1st or the 2nd level of support team can be assigned to your support group, you should be able to handle them or resolve them
  • Interface with end-users for additional information or testing as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and French (min. B2).
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar function
  • Certified ITIL foundation (minimum)
  • Strong infrastructure background with a solid understanding of servers and Active Directory.Excellent
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft user-facing solutions, Teams, Office 365, and browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome).
  • Good knowledge of Adobe products.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate procedures.
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Capable of working well under pressure and handling stress.
  • Punctual, meticulous and reliable
  • Comfortable in an international and multicultural working environment.
