Position: Office 365 Expert

Location: Anderlecht, Belgium - Hybrid (2 Days onsite & 3 days remote)

Type: Contract (12+ Months)

Rate/Salary: Negotiable

Languages: English (fluency both oral and written) and French OR Dutch are Plus.

You will be responsible for investigating MS Purview capabilities in the context of projects, providing guidance, and expertise, and come with improvements during workshops, while also documenting the MS Purview module from start to end.

Searching for someone with Microsoft Purview module expertise because we have a lot of projects ongoing with the IT security department to improve our posture within Microsoft 365, have better loss prevention policies, create more awareness, restrict people from sharing confidential data outside of the company, information protection, making sure that we have data labeling automated at some point).

Responsibilities:

• Part of implementing the strategy, challenging the IT security on what is/isn’t possible
• Come up with best practices – how to best communicate to end users/Impact the end users
• Implement Purview, putting on a governance around it
• Set up the module from start to end, including documentation, and validation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Purview modules, including Data Loss Prevention and Information Protection.
• Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance, with a focus on handling confidential information.
• Demonstrated success in implementing data labeling and classification strategies.
• Excellent documentation and validation skills, with the ability to create clear and comprehensive reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience of successful implementation of Purview (only familiarity with Purview is not enough) – (Must)

• Experience in a bigger company (Nice to Have)

• Experience with other modules of Microsoft 365

• Team spirit

• Good communication skills

• Power shell scripting (Nice to Have)
