工作内容
Function Description :
Your job will consist in:
- the implementation of structured finance transactions, including, amongst other: to support the Front Office (FO) regarding operational matters / to check the coherence of the legal documentation from an operational point of view / to ensure the satisfaction of all conditions and validations prior the closing and during the availability period of the transaction / to help in the implementation of new facilities in the bank systems and take care of booking instructions for the closing and the drawdowns to Back Office (BO) / to follow-up any event, amendment or changes in those transactions.
- Specific transversal tasks linked to the security packages and the covenants and the follow-up of the invoices linked to the financing transactions.
In the context of the implementation and follow up of the deals, this job will also allow you to be in contact with external parties.
Desired profile
Degree & Experiences :
- Bachelor in Economics, Law or Finance, or have equivalent banking experience (a relevant experience in the Structured Credit is a plus)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
Technical Skills :
- Mandatory : Word, Excel, Comfortable to work with figures and to search for answers in loan legal documentation
Business Experience :
- Mandatory : Bank – Risk or Mid Office or Legal environment
- Preferable : Experience in Credits / Structured Credits
Soft Skills :
- You have very good communication skills and are fluent in English (oral and written),
- You are detail-oriented, well organised and respectful of processes and deadlines,
- You are curious, motivated and enthusiast team player,
- You are capable to work in a diligent and largely independent manner once provided with concrete instructions on what is expected
Languages :
- Fluent in English
