As anOperational Waste Coordinator (*) at the Zwijndrecht plant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

  • Collaborating with the Waste Coordinator (EHS), Warehouse crew and Wastewater team while being a part of the warehouse organisation, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Being responsible for the operational waste activities: pick-up planning and communication with internal and external teams.
  • Managing on site waste storage plan that is compliant and efficient.
  • Owning the admin tasks related to waste transportation: creation of logistics documents, updating SAP stock, creation of waste certificates.
  • Improving the operational waste flow/process and storage together with warehouse crew.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in warehousing and operational waste activities
  • Strong communication and advanced organisational skills
  • Flexible, solution orientated
  • Attention for safety and detail
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

  • Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP
