Who will you be working for?
Our partner is an online ecommerce platform committed to sharing the wonders of the rainforest all over the world.
They supply, deliver and share food products from local family farmers, with the goal of ensuring economic, social and environmental sustainability.
Their core mission: sustainably share the benefits of rainforest food products on a global scale.
What is this job about?
In this position as Operations Assistant, your goal is to support the operations department and assist in the development of the company!
Your challenges
- Manage office and marketing stock levels
- Communicate effectively with office suppliers
- Assist in the planning and execution of business events
- Take care of the letters pool and archiving important documents
- Ensure that the organisation of the office is logical and managaeable
- Take care of the office dog!

What do you need to apply?
- Language skills: C2 level in English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous working experience in Support (administration, operations, customer service…)
- Strong digital skills

Extra points
Having experience working with a CRM (Odoo) is highly valued by our partner and can be a great plus!

Important: For this position, you need to relocate to Brussels, Belguim.
