Job Description

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and back-office teams. You will be responsible for coordinating the entire lifecycle of customer contracts, ensuring that every step is executed flawlessly.

The Successful Applicant

  • Order Management from A to Z: Responsible for the complete management of orders, from the initial request to delivery. This includes processing orders, tracking deliveries, registering serial numbers, coordinating repairs if necessary, and ensuring customers receive their products on time.
  • Customer Contact: Manage customer relationships through proactive follow-up on contracts and deliveries.
  • Contract Management: Ensure the correct processing of contracts, from invoicing to delivery, including the registration of serial numbers and organizing repairs if needed.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work in an international environment with daily interactions in Dutch, French, and English.

What’s On Offer

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
