Payroll and Comp & Ben Manager (M/F)
Our client
Our client is an international company offering services for the industry, healthcare and engineering sectors. In order to strengthen their Benelux HR team, they are looking for a Payroll and Comp & Ben Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance for all transitions related to new hire onboarding/employee exit. You perform a regular cadence of audits and provide updates, as needed, and ensure the data quality is compliant.
- Advice and alert the HR organization on specific topics (eg increase in absenteeism, etc.), setting up specific indicators.
- Build ad hoc action plans in collaboration with the management and HR BPS.
- Optimise the interaction and manage the relationship with external stakeholders (external legal advisors, payroll institution, union representatives).
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate customer support is provided by the team.
- Provide guidance to management of employment standards, regulations and laws
- Ensure that Compensation Plans comply with relevant legislation.
- Build fair and attractive compensation and benefit plans to enhance employee satisfaction
- Evaluate and report on effectiveness of benefit programs
- Supervise a Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Profile required
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- 5-10 years of experience in Payroll and/or Compensation & Benefits management, previous people management experience is an asset
- Analytical mindset, strong focus on employee experience, rigorous and process oriented
- Analytical mind with negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
